Overwhelmed by stress, routine, and an erectile dysfunction problem that threatens to fracture their relationship, Yorgelis Carillo and her husband visit Dr. Melquiades Buenaventura Jr., a doctor known for his unorthodox methods. The brazen doctor proposes an experimental and highly peculiar therapy: Yorgelis must participate in a series of intimate exercises with him, while her husband watches, with the aim of stimulating her husband’s repressed desires and rekindling the spark between them.
