Tessa Thomas is so excited to show her stepdad, Slim Poke, a new penthouse apartment she’s thinking of renting out with a few of her sorority-mates. It’s absolutely massive, and it’s even cheaper than living in dorms… not to mention it has a stunning rooftop patio with unparalleled views. She simply MUST have it. But when Slim comes to see the apartment with Tessa, he’s a bit skeptical. Wouldn’t it be better if Tessa and her friends stayed on campus? After all, her priority should be going to class, not partying it up in a penthouse apartment with her friends. But Tessa pleads for him to at least let her give him the tour, and he accepts, following her up the stairs.
