April really likes her apartment. It’s in a great location, the neighbors are nice, its a great size; it’s just perfect! She loves living there. But April’s been getting some noise violations. And unbeknownst to her, each violation is a strike and if she gets too many then her rent goes up. April’s already gotten 4. And yesterday her neighbor, some older lady, filed another violation because she could hear music from her balcony. This many violations triggers an automatic rent increase. Branden’s on duty tonight so he has to be the one to break the bad news. He hopes the tenant understands that he’s just doing his job.
